try
2 cups milk
1 cup flour
1 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp melted butter
4 eggs

put in blender and blend till mixed. let rest at least 30 minutes and up to overnight. Blend again for 10 seconds. then fry in nonstick skillet. butter for the first pancake not necessary thereafter. You will get a much more tender, thinner, less floury pancake.
